Terms and Conditions

1. General

These conditions apply to every offer, treatment and transaction between LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY and a client to which LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY has declared these conditions applicable, insofar as the parties have not expressly deviated from these conditions in writing.


2. Efforts LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY

LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY will carry out the treatments to the best of their knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good workmanship and on the basis of the state of the art known at that time. LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY will inform the client as much as reasonably possible about the financial consequences of the change or addition to the treatment.

3. Appointments

The client must notify LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY that he is unable to attend an appointment as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the client does not fulfill this obligation or does not comply in time, LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY may charge the client 50% of the fee for the agreed treatment. If the client arrives in the salon more than five minutes later than the agreed time, LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY may shorten the lost time on the treatment and still calculate the entire agreed fee. If you arrive at the salon more than fifteen minutes later than the agreed time, LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY can cancel the appointment and calculate the entire agreed fee. LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY must notify the client of being unable to attend an appointment as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment.


4. Payment

LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY lists all prices of treatments and products visible in the salon. The stated prices include VAT. Offers in advertisements are valid during the indicated term and/or while stocks last. The client must pay for the treatment and any products immediately after the treatment.


5. Personal data & privacy

Before the first treatment, the client provides LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY with all data, which the eyelash stylist indicates are necessary or which the client should reasonably understand to be necessary for the careful performance of the treatments. personal data of the client in an automated system and on a customer card. LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY treats the confidential data of the client according to the guidelines in the Personal Data Protection Act. LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY will not sell or rent client data to third parties without the prior written consent of the client.


6. Secrecy

The eyelash stylist is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information that the client has communicated during the treatment. Information is considered confidential if this has been communicated by the client or if this results from the nature of the information. Confidentiality expires if, on the basis of a legal provision or a court decision, the eyelash stylist is obliged to provide the confidential information to third parties.

7. Liability

LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY is not liable for damage, of whatever nature, caused by the fact that the eyelash stylist relied on incorrect and/or incomplete information provided by the client about relevant physical disorders, medication use, allergic reactions, work or leisure activities. LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings that the client has taken to the salon.


8. Warranty

LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY gives the client a 5-day guarantee on the treatment. This warranty is void if:

- The client has used products other than those recommended by the eyelash stylist

- The client has not followed the advice for home care.

- The client has not followed the advice to seek medical help within five working days.

- The client has not used the products in accordance with the instructions for use.

In case of an allergic reaction, LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY will not refund any money.


9. Damage & Theft

LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY has the right to claim compensation from the client if the client has furniture,

damage equipment or products. LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY always report theft to the police.


10. Complaints

If the client has a complaint about the treatment or a product, this must be reported in writing to the owner of LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY and the treating eyelash stylist as soon as possible, but within five working days after discovery. LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY must provide the complainant with an adequate answer within five working days. If a complaint is justified, LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY will perform the treatment again as agreed, unless this has become demonstrably pointless for the client and the client makes this known in writing. If LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY and the complainant cannot reach an agreement, the complainant can submit the dispute to the legislator or mediator.


11. Proper Behavior

The client should behave properly in the salon according to generally accepted standards. If the client continues to exhibit inappropriate behavior after repeated warnings, LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY reserves the right to refuse the client access to the salon without stating reasons.


12. Right

Dutch law applies to every agreement between LUXURY LASH STUDIO & ACADEMY and the client. In the event of an explanation of the content and purport of these general terms and conditions, the Dutch text thereof is always decisive. The most recently filed version or the version that applied at the time of the conclusion of the agreement is always applicable.
